Remove your name from a court list

Remove a court listing that shows your name from Court Lists Australia yourself, straight away and without giving any personal details.

You can remove a listing that shows your name from Court Lists Australia yourself. It takes effect straight away, you do not need to give us your name, email or any other detail, and nobody reviews your request first.

How it works

  1. Open the court's page and press Remove my listing above the list, or search below. Type the surname or case reference as it appears in the list.
  2. Check the listing is the right one: the court, the date, the courtroom and the start time.
  3. Press Remove this listing. Your browser does a short security check for a few seconds, then the listing is gone from our site.

What removal does

What removal cannot do

Your privacy

We do not ask for, or keep, your name or contact details for a removal. To stop misuse, each visitor can make a limited number of removals per hour and per day. To count them we use a short code made from your connection with a random key that is replaced every day, so the code cannot be traced back to you once the day is over. That code is never stored with the listing you removed.

We keep a record of each removal (the court, the list date and the name as it was shown) for 180 days so the listing stays off the site and mistakes can be fixed. After 180 days the record is deleted.

If a removal was made by mistake or something else needs fixing, contact us.
