About Us

CourtListAU is an independent, free-to-use platform that brings together daily court listings from across Australia into one searchable location. We aggregate publicly available hearing schedules from Magistrates Courts, District Courts, County Courts, Supreme Courts and specialist jurisdictions in New South Wales, Victoria, Queensland, South Australia, Western Australia and Tasmania — saving legal professionals, journalists and members of the public the time and effort of visiting multiple court websites.

What We Do

Each day, we collect and publish cause lists from official court registries across the country. Listings are updated multiple times throughout the day to ensure accuracy, and every entry is presented in a consistent, easy-to-read format regardless of which state or court it originates from.

Our platform covers:

  • New South Wales — Local Courts, District Court, Supreme Court and specialist jurisdictions
  • Victoria — Magistrates’ Court, County Court and Supreme Court
  • Queensland — Magistrates Courts, District Courts and Supreme Court
  • South Australia — Magistrates Court, District Court, Supreme Court, ERD Court, Youth Court and Coroners Court
  • Western Australia — Magistrates Court, District Court and Supreme Court
  • Tasmania — Magistrates Court and Supreme Court across Hobart, Launceston, Burnie and Devonport

Our Commitment to Privacy

We take privacy seriously. All individual names appearing in court listings are partially masked before publication. We do not store personal data, search queries or browsing history. CourtListAU does not publish the details of matters heard in the Children’s Court or any proceedings subject to suppression or non-publication orders.
