What we can help with
- A listing that looks wrong. We publish lists as the court releases them. If a court corrects its list, the next update on our page shows the change.
- A name you want removed. You can remove your name from a court list yourself, and it takes effect straight away. If that does not work for your listing, tell us the court page, the date and the exact text shown.
- A court that is missing or not updating. Some courts sit only a few days a month, so an empty page can be normal. If a busy court shows no list on a sitting day, let us know.
- Advertising and general questions.
What we cannot do
We are not a court or a registry. We cannot give legal advice, change a hearing date, tell you why a matter is listed, or confirm whether you need to attend. For any of those, contact the court registry shown on the court's page or speak to a lawyer. Legal Aid in each state and community legal centres offer free help.
If your hearing is today and you cannot find it, ring the registry directly. Registry staff can confirm a listing much faster than we can.
