The NSW Court of Appeal court list provides the daily schedule of all civil appeal matters listed before the Court of Appeal division of the Supreme Court of New South Wales, sitting at the Law Courts Building and Queens Square complex in Sydney's central business district. As the intermediate appellate court for civil matters in New South Wales, the Court of Appeal hears appeals from the Supreme Court, the District Court, the Land and Environment Court, and certain other tribunals and statutory bodies, presided over by the President of the Court of Appeal and Justices of Appeal.
